Project Support
Support Project Managers in multi-project organization with data analysis, financial reporting, cost control and activities coordination. This role reports functionally to: Operation Manager, Project Manager, Project Support Lead, Project controller or other related departments. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To provide financial, scheduling, quality and general support to the Project Manager(s): + Financial Support in assets as budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc. to ensure healthy cash flow in projects and Business Units. + Planning and controlling support for multi-projects and develop forecasts (inventory, cost, revenue, projects penalties) using information captured from the various engineering/industry centers and Tools. + Scheduling support to work closely with Project Manager(s) and Engineers to set-up, implement and follow-up on prioritization and projects schedules. Ensure that the prioritization plan is updated; analyze resource utilization and capacity planning (Sales & Operation Planning). + Collaborate improving standard metrics (Quality, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, Utilization). + Provide support in the procurement process, working closely to Project Manager(s)/Engineers and buyers to ensure efficiency on the buyout’s requisitions and sales order for Interco products. + Coordinate with the internal team during the Closing Financial Periods to assure the monthly goals (Clarity & Oracle Support, Purchasing, Document Controller) + Serve as the go-to contact for any customer concern within the specific organization where the Project Planner is assigned. + Collaboration and coordination in the process improvement: standardization, automatization and centralization for the entire LAM organization. + Maintain quality through cross-checking methods and acting on feedback from customers to ensure ongoing improvement. + Reporting and processes automation + Participates actively in Project Reviews in conjunction with Project Managers **Who You Are:** + Identifies opportunities that benefit the customer. + Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations. + Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Business degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related experience. + 2+ years of proven experience in planning role or project administrator role. + Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, specially Advanced Excel, Visio, Power Point, SharePoint (desire). + Solid understanding of Scheduling tools, preferably Clarity/Open Workbench and/or Microsoft Project, other tools will be considered as a plus. + English Level B2 (Spoken and written) – according Cambridge English Global Scales + Financial Analysis capabilities. + Demonstrated track record of working with meticulous customers. + High Database management (manipulate and analyze data). + Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal skills. **Our Offer To You:** We offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees such as private health insurance with dependent coverage, life insurance, flexible work opportunities, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), career growth focus and many more. **Commitment with Diversity and Equal Opportunity** Emerson is committed to its core values and believes in respecting DE&I.
