We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees. **What you’ll do:** As member of Project Support Team you will work in an EMEA organization focused on delivering client projects in datacenter and other segments. You will partner with Project Managers, Bid Professionals and other key stakeholders to ensure high quality of project, data and documentation from quote stage to completion. Further responsibilities: Design and Bid + Support for bid design: request for quotation from internal/external supplies and cooperation with execution team. + Ensure data quality with internal tools are aligned and up to date + Direct quotes where indicated for standardized offers. Project execution + Support Project Management teams by maintaining Project charter data (sync with local ERP). + Projects report generation and forecast calculation. + Documentation support such as: approval and comments follow-up with customer, internal and external suppliers, certificates, etc. + Backoffice support for live projects (e.g. inputting data into customer systems, checking against objectives). + Other duties as required including special assignments (e.g. actual live site coordination). Your key deliverables: + Responsible for recording accurately the productive hours for project execution team + Provide weekly visibility of tasks status: projects risk and opportunities and team utilization. + Enable and ensure project documentation traceability and internal/external distribution, including: technical information (drawings, test results), financial docs (invoices, payment applications) and other (training certificates, IDs, Audit reports) + Customer Project report and manuals compilation (Operation & manual, Safety instructions, etc) + Hand-over form preparation to support Sales team, Design and Bid engineer and assigned Project Manager. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business from an accredited institution + Few years experience in project execution or support + Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (Power BI highly desirable) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) + Able to work and travel within EMEA region without any restrictions. + SAP knowledge is advantage + Ability to quickly learn new IT systems (e.g. ERPs) and platforms. + Capable to learn and understand basic electrical power systems and Eaton products + Can do attitude and interest in learning and growing, taking on new challenges + Structured approach to problem solving. + Meticulous and careful in works.
