About the Role

BGIS is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Williamtown, NSW. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to our project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and teams. Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Manage communication with stakeholders and coordinate project schedules. Maintain accurate records and databases to support project tracking. Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice processing. Ensure adherence to security and safety requirements within project operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a project support, administration, or coordination role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Australian Citizenship (mandatory) – due to security clearance requirements.
