Project Support Manager
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for Project Support Manager for their Sunnyvale, CA/Hybrid location Responsibilities: + Within Client Ads Business, you will be joining a team to help scale the Travel Ads products as the team expands to launching new ads products and features. + Be partnering with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering and helping to launch critical products and services across the client Ads business. + Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business and improve the overall customer experience. + As a Travel Ads Consultant, work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of client Ads and Hotel Center. + Onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations. + Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats. This includes: + Owning end to end partner and advertiser onboarding and reactive support + Provide consultation to customers to help them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking + Developing workflows and managing daily high touch support + Troubleshooting any issues and provide actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners + Proactively documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams + Come up with creative ideas to address identified gaps, and influence relevant stakeholders to get buy-in for implementing proposed solutions + Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate data sets across the business, to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations and knowledge management + Define and report success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions + Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.
