About being our Project Surveyor \n

As our Project Surveyor, you will help manage Field and Office staff and oversee all phases of project assignments including Design Surveys relative to development projects, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Record Mapping including Tract Maps, Parcel Maps and Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation and GPS Control Surveys. This role also includes construction support and knowledge of field equipment and field needs.\n

Responsibility Highlights for our Project Surveyor\n\nOrganize and coordinate projects which include a broad range of surveying and mapping assignments.\nUse of various workflows while processing field data\nReview work by others and help lead by example\nHelp maintain and manage Field Survey Data systems together with local and wide network operating systems\nComplete technical mapping and final drawings for agency submittals and approval\nResearch and analyze title reports, ROW\/E, ALTA's, topography, and mapping\nPerform survey calculations, analysis, and field support\nKnowledge of common boundary establishment methods and analysis\nAbility to work well with various staff members, work with different disciplines and other departments\nWilling to grow and mentor others\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Project Surveyor \n\nRegistered Professional Land Surveyor\n7+ years of experience in all phases of surveying including public mapping experience (record of survey maps, legal description, and exhibits, etc.) or BS Degree in Geomatics and 4+ years' experience\nKnowledge of public agency codes, processes, and requirements\nKnowledge of State and Federal mapping requirements\n\n
