As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the effective implementation of solutions and innovations in cutting-edge technologies as part of our clients' IT infrastructure transformation projects.

Your missions

Project framework

Resource mobilization – workload planKick off organization and first customer contactsPlanning, implementation, governance and reportingUpdate of Risk log (financial)

Project execution

Manage planning, risk, impact cost, P&LPilot provision of resources and overall planningMonitoring of actions, risks, decisions and changesInternal reporting (financial forecast, etc.), escalations managementMonitoring of Acceptance CertificatesIf Service Provider, the project manager ensures financial monitoringCustomer reportingDrafting of quality assurance plans, safety assurance plan, project plan, etc. according to projects.Customer communicationHPE internal communicationFunctional management between 3 and 5 HPE profile resources or subcontractors

Specific skills sought

PMP, Prince or Safe certification is a plusCustomer relationship managementProject management in hybrid IT infrastructureConflict managementBudget management / P&L and planning.

Your profile

Engineering Diploma or Bac+5, you have more than 3 years of experience in project management in hybrid IT infrastructureAutonomy, rigor, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, initiative, ability to work in a team and in an international environment, you are motivated, mobile and results orientedFluent French and English

Vos Missions

Cadrage projet

Mobilisation ressource – plan chargeOrganisation kick off et 1er contacts clientPlanning, Mise en œuvre gouvernance et reporting Mise à jour des Risk log (financier) 

Exécution du projet

Gére planning, risk, impact cost, P&LPilote mise à disposition des moyens et planning globalSuivi des actions, risques, décisions et changeReporting interne (Forecast financier…) – remontée alerte, suivi financierSuivi des PV  Si Prestataire, le chef de projet assure le suivi financierReporting clientRédaction selon les projets des plans d’assurance qualité, Plan assurance sécurité, plan projet…

Communication

Communication clientCommunication interne HPEManagement fonctionnel entre 3 et 5 ressources de profils  HPE ou sous-traitant

 
Compétences spécifiques recherchées:

Certification PMP, Prince ou Safe  est un plusGestion de la relation client Gestion de projet Gestion des conflits Pilotage budgétaire / P&L et planning

Votre profil:

Diplôme ingénieur ou Bac+5, vous avez plus de  3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets autour de l'infrastructure IT hybrideAutonomie, rigueur, capacité à communiquer de façon claire et concise, esprit d'initiative, capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement international, vous êtes motivé(e), mobile et possédez la culture du résultat Français et Anglais courants
