PURPOSE OF POSITION

\n

To support the Contractors and Customers in the MEA Region during the project’s implementation phase. Prepare the installation procedures and secure technical trainings, ensure on-site and remote support for the Retail, Mining, Commercial and Fleet projects,

\n

Ensure quality assurance for different projects technical deliverables

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

 

\n\nEnsure Gilbarco Veeder-Root Health & Safety procedures and policy compliance\nComply with every approved operation and installation procedures.\nEnsure availability for evening and weekend stand-by duty outs.\nProvide necessary field installation support to Contactors remotely or on Site for the implementation of the project scope. \nConduct technical trainings when requested for Contactors or Customers remotely or on Site for the implementation of the project scope. \nEnsure all projects technical deliverables are quality assured before handover to support\nAssist centre of excellence team as needed, in providing after sales technical support remotely or on Site. \nContinuously expand knowledge of products, services, and features within our portfolio by collaborating with internal and external parties\nCreate standard work and procedures as needed by the organization and project scope. \nCreating of Image as per project scope per Country and customer \nPrepare the installation staging and deployments procedures and checklists\nSupport sales staff by creating a detailed Equipment BOM (Bill of Martial) to ensure that the project needs are filled to customer specification.\nManaging of Project on a technical basis to ensure that the highest installation quality is adhered to\nDaily management of the contractor technician to ensure we adhere to the project timeline\nDaily management internally and with the customers (Daily, Weekly and Monthly meeting)\nLogging Faults or Bug with equipment or software with the supplier(s)\n\n
