About the Role
We are seeing candidate who are dynamic and result-driven in marketing aspects. This role is essential in developing and executing promotional and communication strategies to enhance agency awareness, drive agency engagement and promote our marketing campaign.Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and implement integrated promotion & communication campaigns.Develop creative promotion initiatives including poster, flyers, video and digital communications for better agency engagement.Prepare and draft communication materials for incentive and promotion initiatives.Leverage business knowledge and contribute idea on incentive and campaign design.Manage projects independently to fullfil core business objectives.Facilitate agency engagement initiatives via different marketing communications means.Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projects.Detail minded and able to work independently with strong owernship.Willing to learn and understand the businessWork as a team player, contribute the team with ideas on various projectsYou are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activitiesJob Requirements
University graduate of Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalentMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in Promotion, Marketing communication or campaign. Less experience will be considered Senior Analyst.Excellent marketing sense, and good in stakeholders coordinationExcellent writing skillStrong ownership and passionate to marketing and communication.Detail minded and well organized.Good understanding and working knowledge on Powerpoint, AI and Photoshop preferableGood team player and proactive to participate in a team.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
