As a Promotional Material Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring GSK's commercial materials meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and integrity. With a focus on keeping the patient at the center, you'll collaborate closely with our copy approval and commercial brand teams to ensure that all materials are not only aligned with industry codes and GSK values but also meet local guidelines and processes. Your expertise will be key in driving the approval process within Veeva Vault, helping guide cross-functional teams through copy approval, print production, and inventory management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage commercial copy approval workstreams (Brand Allocation TBD) • Assisting product managers with reapproval of materials and cease of use • Conducting timely follow-ups internally and externally • Assignment of item / GMM codes to materials • Record Job ID’s, Health Authority acceptance and relevant information in Promolit Database • Perform audit of mandatory documentation prior to approving material • Manage straight PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board) renewals • Train and onboard new commercial product managers on copy approval process • Attend Monthly Content Lab Lead Network Meetings • Obtain production estimates from print production supplier • Manage estimate approvals & PO requests • Work with print production supplier to inform brand teams on print production options and solutions • Proofread all material intended for physical production in a timely manner • Keep up to date on all relevant information (products, processes, policies) • Drive efficiencies within existing day-to-day processes to improve our current ways of working. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • College Degree or equivalent experience • Knowledge of various software applications, such as SAP, Veeva Vault, Power Aps Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively • Ability to work under pressure • Strong Problem Solving and Organizational Skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior experience in copy approval, preferably in the medical/healthcare or pharmaceutical industry • Ability to effectively use reporting tools • Energetic, well-organized, excellent judgment and adaptable to unforeseen situations • Team Player • Live the GSK values of Respect, Transparency, Integrity Patient focused • Advanced knowledge of Veeva Vault platforms • Some basic knowledge of Pharmaceutical Advertising, The PAAB Code and Health Canada Regulations is an asset. • Bilingualism is an asset Why GSK?
