POSITION SUMMARY:
The Promotional Operations Manager oversees operational activities pertaining to promotions. Creates, manages promotional calendar and works with various teams to ensure the calendar is followed and promotions are delivered on time. Leads a team of specialists who builds promotions, identifies operational issues, and resolves operational issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and communicates promotional calendar.
Builds and executes promotions.
Reviews and resolves operational flaws
Reviews pre and post promotional events
Develops reporting and analytics.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics
Experience: Five (5) + experience in sales analysis, predictive analytics, statistics or modeling is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
Listens well and seeks input from others. Knows how to effectively communicate and sell his/her ideas at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
