Responsibilities

As a Creative Services Producer, you will:

Conceptualize and Produce: Develop engaging promotional campaigns, commercials, and branding elements for FOX59, CBS4, and our local programs.Shoot and Edit Video: Capture high-quality footage and craft compelling video stories using industry-standard equipment and software.Digital Content Creation: Produce attention-grabbing content tailored for web and social platforms to drive digital engagement and audience growth.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with news, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with station goals and client expectations.Brand Development: Maintain and enhance our unique brand identities through innovative and strategic creative executions.Other Tasks as Required: Embrace the unexpected and tackle additional creative projects as they arise.

Qualifications

Video Production Skills: Strong experience in shooting, lighting, and editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other production software.Storytelling Ability: A keen eye for visual storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.Digital Savvy: Proven expertise in creating content for social media, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and deliver results.Attention to Detail: Ensure every project meets the highest quality standards.
