TEKsystems is currently looking for a Proofpoint Engineer with experience implementing Proofpoint Social Patrol and Proofpoint Enterprise Archive in an enterprise environment. Candidates must have 5+ yrs of Proofpoint engineering experience. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and have prior experience engineering, testing, and implementing cloud messaging or archiving solutions (Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, Smarsh Enterprise Archive, Office 365 Exchange, etc.). The candidate will guide engineering choices, obtain requirements, develop test cases, and analyze results. Strong technical and customer communication skills are required for this role. Candidates must be able to interact directly with all stakeholders, including project, security, compliance, data, user experience, engineering, architecture, operations, and governance. Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite 3 days / week) 5+ years’ experience of supporting engineering for cloud-based messaging and archiving Experience creating shell programs and utility scripts Skills: Experience with Proofpoint Social Patrol and Enterprise Archive Experience with enterprise security including TLS including SMTP over TLS, certificates, HSM Authentication mechanisms including domain authentication, OAuth/Modern Authentication, Kerberos Experience with network security components including load balancers and firewalls Understanding of Financial Regulatory, Legal and Compliance requirements Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
