Description We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be responsible for handling property accounting tasks, including the use of MRI Software, CAM reconciliations, and the overall management of properties. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Utilize MRI Software for various property accounting tasks • Manage and input leases and budgets effectively • Perform CAM reconciliations as part of the regular accounting process • Demonstrate a broad understanding of property setup procedures • Ensure accurate property management accounting practices are followed • Utilize property management software for efficient operations.
