Responsibilities: + Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements. + Analyze and post accounts receivables, lease abstracts, accruals, and prepaid. + Review and approve tenant billings and adjustments. + Perform bank reconciliations and wire transfers for deposit, make mortgage payments and distributions. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Prior experience in property accounting or related field. + Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite. + Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
