Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Accountant to join our team based in Wilsonville, OR. This role is primarily within the property industry and will involve a significant amount of data management and financial data migration. Responsibilities: • Assisting in the implementation of Yardi for our new property management company • Responsible for the accurate and efficient transfer of financial information into Yardi • Executing a large volume of data entry tasks, necessitating a keen eye for detail • Reading and interpreting financial statements as part of the role • Employing accounting software systems to perform various accounting functions • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Ensuring accurate coding of account information • Monitoring and managing software implementations to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficient in Account Coding, with a strong understanding of its applications in property accounting. • Skilled in using Accounting Software Systems, with the ability to effectively manage and handle digital financial data. • Demonstrated experience in managing all key Accounting Functions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Familiarity with Yardi software, with the capability to use it for efficient property management and accounting tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables for financial reporting. • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, with a focus on property accounts. • Experience in Data Migration, specifically in relation to accounting and financial data. • Proven track record in Software Implementations, particularly within the property accounting sector.
