Description We are actively seeking a Property Accountant to join our client's team in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this role, you will be primarily focused on managing financial information via Yardi. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and requires a strong understanding of accounting software systems, data migration, and software implementations. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the data migration of financial information to the Yardi system • Conduct a significant amount of data entry with utmost precision and attention to detail • Ensure accurate account coding and comprehensive accounting functions • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks • Interpret and analyze financial statements Requirements • Must possess knowledge and understanding of Accounting Software Systems. • Ability to manage various Accounting Functions effectively. • Familiarity with Yardi software is a necessity. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are expected. • Should be able to prepare and analyze Financial Statements. • Experience in Data Migration processes is essential. • Experience in Software Implementations is a must.
