Description A growing company in Monmouth County is seeking a Lease Administrator / Accountant to join their growing Real Estate team. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting commercial leases, understand the lease accounting from both expenses to income, billing, CAM reconciliations and other tasks. The ideal candidate will have at 2 + years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate tax, have a strong work ethic and organizational skills and experience with Skyline or Visual Lease is a plus.
