Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Property Administration Analyst I to fill a 9-month contract located in Toronto. Please note this position is currently a work from home position. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Administration Analyst I with a financial services background.
As a Property Administration Analyst I your duties will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with document management and the records coordinator for the business unit.
Assisting with international operational policies and standards (operations, leasing, etc)
Supporting the compliance reporting programme, which includes fraud risk assessments, privacy assessments, and anti-money laundering assessments.
Qualifications required for Property Administration Analyst I include:
Previous leasing and commercial real estate experience preferred
Previous invoicing experience
