Property Administrator
Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team in Irvine, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in managing tenant receivables and ensuring the maintenance and code compliance of properties. You will also manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, and oversee vendor management, among other duties. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management of tenant receivables, including the calculation, billing, and receipt of operating expenses and CAM recoveries. • Ensure regular site inspections to maintain property standards and code compliance. • Respond promptly to all forms of communication, including voicemails and emails. • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, and handle tenant service requests efficiently. • Oversee new leases and renewals, ensuring all transactions are handled professionally and accurately. • Manage risk by monitoring and managing property, tenant, and vendor insurance requirements and claims processing. • Coordinate with third-party engineering and janitorial services for property maintenance. • Ensure regular and effective communication with upper management, vendors, and tenants. • Oversee budget reviews and operating expense reconciliation and estimates. • Handle emergencies promptly, regardless of when they occur. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in property administration or related field • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with CRM platforms • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system • Experience in Management Systems • Familiarity with Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Billing Functions and Budget Processes • Knowledge of Skyline software • Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel • Experience in Property Management, including residential property management • Familiarity with Property Management Company operations • Proficiency in Property Management Software • Understands Real Estate Property Management principles Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
