Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Property Administrator, you will primarily handle various tasks such as tenant relations, vendor coordination, and property management. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Welcome and screen visitors at the property management office, responding to walk-in traffic and assisting with customer service requests. • Coordinate plans to address issues identified in contacts with internal and external customers including tenants and vendors. • Assist the Property Manager in maintaining a formal tenant relations plan and organizing tenant appreciation events. • Manage assigned vendor relationships. • Participate in property inspections and compliance audits. • Distribute accurate and complete security and life safety plans to all tenants as directed by Property Manager. • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
