Property Administrator
Description Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join a nonprofit team dedicated to making a difference in the community. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing property-related operations to support the organization's facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities + Act as the primary contact for tenants, staff, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving property-related issues promptly and professionally. + Oversee vendor contracts and services, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained. + Maintain accurate property records, lease agreements, and compliance documentation. + Assist with rent collection, invoice management, and providing budget reports to leadership. + Coordinate property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. + Assist with space planning, event support, and facility management projects as required. + Support leadership in planning and executing special nonprofit events, including tenant and community engagement. + Ensure the organization’s mission is reflected in all property-related communications and policies. Requirements + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. + Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or facilities management. Knowledge of nonprofit operations is a plus. Skills: + Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. + Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + A collaborative and service-oriented mindset with attention to community-focused outcomes. + Knowledge of nonprofit funding, compliance protocols, and local regulatory requirements is considered an advantage.
