Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Property Administrator to support daily building operations, tenant services, and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls and maintaining records.Issue, track, and close work orders using 360, ensuring timely completion.Maintain tenant and vendor files, insurance certificates, and security access.Assist with tenant communications, newsletters, and event planning.Manage conference room scheduling and office supply orders.Process invoices, track accounts payable/receivable, and assist with budget preparation.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in administrative professional setting (commercial real estate experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (360, Yardi, or similar).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environmentBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
