Robert Half is seeking an organized and proactive Property Administrator to join a local and growing team. This role is essential to supporting property management operations by handling administrative functions, communicating with tenants and vendors, and ensuring properties are well-maintained. Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including leases, vendor agreements, contracts, and tenant records.
+ Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs in collaboration with vendors and contractors.
+ Process rent payments, invoices, and other financial transactions, ensuring accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
+ Assist with property budgets, expense tracking, and preparation of financial reports.
+ Support leasing efforts by preparing lease agreements, coordinating tours for prospective tenants, and managing listings.
+ Draft and distribute tenant communications, including notices, updates, and newsletters.
+ Perform routine audits of property operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
+ Monitor and order office supplies and support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
+ 1–3 years of administrative or property management experience.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).
+ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles is a plus.
