Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team located in Chatsworth, California. The core function of this role revolves around the management and coordination of various projects, auditing office files, and handling various billing functions. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and lead numerous projects to ensure successful completion. • Audit office files regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are accurate and timely. • Oversee and refine budget processes, making necessary adjustments as required. • Monitor and manage the property’s management system effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Property Administrator • Familiarity with Management Systems used in property administration • Experience with billing functions, including invoicing and financial record keeping • Knowledge of budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
