Property Administrator
Description We are in search of a meticulous Property Administrator to become part of our team. This role is based in Indio, California, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Property Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of a mobile home park property. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, from processing resident inquiries to maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and potential tenants, efficiently handling inquiries through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings. • Ensure proper record keeping, including tenant files, lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests. • Closely monitor rent collection, billing, and depositing payments. • Regularly distribute updates and notices to residents regarding property changes, rule amendments, and upcoming events. • Foster a friendly and cooperative atmosphere within the community, addressing resident concerns and complaints with professionalism. • Facilitate tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs, aiming to keep the process efficient and straightforward. • Utilize accounting software systems and management systems effectively for administrative tasks. • Leverage your skills in property management to ensure the smooth operation of the mobile home park. • Assist customers with their needs and direct phone calls appropriately. • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and great people skills in all interactions.
