This position performs key functions for the Leasing, Property Management, and Special Projects section in the Financial Services Department – Real Estate Services. Some of these responsibilities include identifying, negotiating, and closing the acquisition of real estate for lease or purchase. Other duties may include maintaining leases after execution, inputting lease information into databases, and processing monthly lease and utility payments. This is a dynamic and ever-evolving area in Real Estate Services. The top candidate must have the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
