Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients in understanding their property and casualty insurance options, with a specific emphasis on Florida homeowners policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support clients through the claims process, offering guidance and ensuring their needs are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Familiarity with Florida homeowners insurance policies is highly desirable

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, particularly within the property and casualty insurance sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
