Property and Procurement Internship Program
As a Property and Procurement intern, you will be exposed to the different ways our groups support the bank and interact internally on a day-to-day basis. You will learn and develop a wide variety of technical and soft skills. Through participating in our 10-week program, interns will have the opportunity to shadow senior level leaders, interact with interns across alternate business lines and apply the skillset they develop to a real-life business case in which they will present to their prospective team. Interns who join the program and are strong performers will have the opportunity to be hired for a full-time role within the organization following graduation.
Responsibilities:
Interns who are hired to this program will be placed on one of the teams within Property and Procurement. The program will feature structured and unstructured learning, providing for cross exposure to the other groups within the Property and Procurement team and outside of the group. Each intern will complete a series of case studies to develop a well-rounded skillset, and each will have an individual project for the 10-weeks with final presentations taking place the final week.

Retail/Office Leasing
Responsible for strategy, site selection, space planning, and negotiations for our 1,300 Retail sites and 130 Office locationsLease Administration
Responsible for compliance and cost control with respect to the Bank’s Real Estate portfolioCorporate Services
Responsible for Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety, and Environmental SustainabilityReal Estate Operations
Responsible for retail construction, facilities maintenance, and energy conservation through various engineering projectsThird Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with using outside parties to supplement the Bank’s resources in accordance with regulatory guidance and requirements.Sourcing
Responsible for partnering with various business lines to obtain necessary outside resources and negotiation associated contracts.Qualifications:
