Your responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of property transactions, coordinating transfers, and conducting regular inventories to uphold compliance with company procedures and government regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the receiving and shipping processes, verify and tag assets, and package components securely for transportation, adhering to strict standards to prevent damage. Your involvement in property audits and accountability of calibrated assets will contribute to maintaining the integrity of our inventory management system.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

Maintaining records of property owned by government, company, and associated vendor equipment in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.Maintaining records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held, and disposed.Coordinate property transfers; conduct periodic property inventories; and prepare reports of property status.Receive and ship property. Verify and tag property and assets.Crate and package components, parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies to company/customer standards to ensure zero damage during transportation. Participate and lead property audits in area of responsibility.High level of interaction with both internal and external customers.

 

Required Qualifications: 

Ability to exercise good judgment with minimal oversight.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Programs.Ability to accurately count and record data.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to perform tasks that may require the use of a hand truck, forklift, or other material handling equipment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and within a team.Ability to handle multiple assignments.Willing to undergo a through a DoD government clearance process.

 

Essential Functions: 

 

Occasional lifting up to 50+ lbs., with assistance.Standing 60% of the dayRequired to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for an assigned task.Occasional work with composite materials such as epoxy resin systems, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and foam/core products.
