Description Robert Half is working with a low-income property in Pacifica to provide 2 month coverage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will have experience in HUD (Housing and Urban Development) programs and Yardi property management software. You will support the Property Manager in managing daily operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description: + Ensure compliance with all HUD guidelines and regulations + Assist in the processing of HUD applications, recertifications, and tenant eligibility requirements + Review and verify tenant income, family composition, and documentation for HUD compliance + Maintain knowledge of HUD changes and updates and assist with required reporting + Use Yardi property management software for lease administration, work orders, and tenant tracking + Update and maintain tenant records, lease details, and payment history in Yardi + Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including rent rolls, arrears, and accounts payable/receivable + Help with the entry and tracking of maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation Requirements + Prior experience in property management or as a Property Assistant is preferred. + Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements. + Proficiency in Yardi property management software is required. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tenant records, applications, and reports. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
