Property Book Manager Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity CACI is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual with GCSS-Army experience to manage and account for all Army property for a customer with a large portfolio of equipment. Responsibilities + Ensure all customer property is properly accounted for. + Conduct regular inventories to verify the existence, condition and location on of property, updating property records accordingly. + Maintain the customer property book using GCSS-Army. + Prepare reports and other paperwork as required. + Prepare for and respond to audits and inspec ons. + Develop and implement property management policies and procedures in accordance with Army policy and regulations. Qualifications _Required_ + Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. + Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computers. + Data entry skills: Ability to accurately enter data into electronic systems. + Microsoft Office skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. + Experience using GCSS-Army, having completed at least GCSS-Army Basic Operator Training. + Familiarity with army regulations such as AR 710-2 (Supply Policy) and AR 750-1 (Army Materiel Maintenance Policy). - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
