Property Book Supervisor

**Essential Responsibilities:**
Management and supervision of allocated personnel resources. Primary customer interface through an assigned Property Book Officer/ Responsible Officer (RO) Customer satisfaction. Contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Planning, organization and execution or all property accountability and asset visibility activities. Schedules and monitors operations. Providing direction and guidance as required. Individual training / certification programs. Implementation and maintenance of corporate initiatives Maintains quality systems corporate values and ethics. Individual performance goals, and reviews. Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting. Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines. Operates and maintains tactical and non-tactical equipment. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have a valid driver’s license.
+ Must have two years of experience as a 92Y40 or 92Z.
+ Knowledge of Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-ARMY) Certificate is required.
+ Knowledge of Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW).
+ Knowledge of Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB).
+ Knowledge of Integrated Logistic Analyst Program (ILAP).
+ Knowledge of Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB).
+ Knowledge of Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) and FEDLOG.
+ Knowledge of ASEIP (Army Enterprise Portal) and DST (Decision Support Tool).
+ Knowledge of SSN-LIN Automated Management & Integrating Systems (SLAMIS).
+ Experience in Property Book Transactions at Bn/BDE level positions.
+ Knowledge in G-army managed hand receipt processes and other functions of the Property Transactions.
+ Two to ten years of related experience (management, asset visibility, and property management.
+ Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. In depth knowledge of US Army logistics programs, concepts, methodologies, and relationships pertaining to supply /property book accountability and logistics operations.
2. Experience at the division property book level desired.
