We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Field Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and managing property claims. This role demands a high level of expertise in assessing damages, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations of property claims to determine coverage and liability. Evaluate and document damages through on-site inspections and interviews with claimants. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of findings and settlements. Negotiate settlements with claimants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in property claims adjustment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in claims management software and other relevant tools. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.Benefits:
