The Opportunity
As a Property Launch Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing management of our new 40-unit building currently under construction. This multifaceted position encompasses preparation and organization of lease documentation, office setup, and initial marketing efforts, followed by operational responsibilities in commercial spaces after the residential lease-up phase.
What You Get to Do
Prepare and maintain leasing files, including scanning, and organizing leases, application criteria, and the application process. Equip the office with the necessary supplies and coordinate with the marketing team to prepare brochures, floor plans, and other promotional materials for the website. Represent the company at promotional booths and events to engage prospective tenants and promote the property. Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the property, ensuring timely and professional responses. Transition to managing commercial spaces, including workforce housing, by setting up operations and spearheading marketing efforts in these new areas after the residential lease-up is complete. Assist with various projects and operational needs at other properties, such as Red Willow Estates and Lady Luck Estates. Provide weekly updates to the Director of Operations on progress in all areas of responsibility. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Monitor expenditures related to the launch and ongoing operations, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets. Implement mechanisms for gathering tenant feedback during the initial move-in phase to enhance service delivery and tenant satisfaction. Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety codes. Assist in training office staff and coordinators once the property coordinator position is filled. Oversee the installation and functioning of property management software and other technological tools vital for operations at Sugar Maple Crossing.What We Look for In a Person

At least 6 months proven experience in property management/Leasing or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and property management software.Work Conditions
This position is full-time and requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to attend events outside regular business hours. The role is based initially at The Lodge Building until the office at the Sugar Maple site is ready for occupancy.
