All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! This position provides oversight and maintenance of property (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule. Chairs or co-chairs safety committee. This supervisor schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeksFull time, day shifts; Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4 PMWeekend as needed, On call 24 hours per dayFull Benefit Eligible: (paid time off, medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, matching retirement monies. Responsibilities/Job Description Provides oversight and maintenance of property (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systemSupervises maintenance and housekeeping staffPromotes a safe environment for staff, tenants and visitorMaintain a REAC score above 81%Oversees the proper functioning of building servers/routers/wifi/satellite and other database/software programsPerforms other duties required by the specific housing community QualificationsRequired:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy, mechanics or related fieldsCurrent Driver’s License (in good standing)Special Boiler License required upon hireBoilers License 2-C (required within 18 months of hire date)Three to five years of previous experiencePreferred:
