PAY: $28.00 - $32.00 Per Hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

  Preferred Qualifications:   •  One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
 Position Responsibilities:
Communicate with Property Management, contractors, and various other vendors and customers   Will conduct inspections to include exterior common areas, building exterior and parking areas, interior common areas, common area restrooms and vacant suites   Will Collaborate with General Manager Technicians, and Property Managers   Will enter and process workorders   Replace light bulbs/lamps and clean fixtures   Maintain the cleanliness of work areas   Painting, drywall work, and minor carpentry repairs   Greet and engage with visitors in and around the building   Custodial duties and general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials.   Will escort vendors and/or vendor management   Prioritize service calls, and follow up upon completion   Alert maintenance employees about malfunctioning restrooms, elevators, or other equipment.     Inspect buildings and grounds for malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions.   Help to maintain stock and inventory control    Respond quickly to emergencies    Comply with all applicable codes and regulations of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction.   Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Must be detailed orientated

Proven ability to work independently 

Good Customer experience/satisfaction experience

Proven ability to multi task

Conduct daily inspections of conditions of the exterior and interior of the building

Basic knowledge of hand tools
