Performs property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company or government property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations. Manages property accountability as assigned through a system of controls for all outcomes from acquisition through disposal (asset lifecycle).
This position will support daily property management activities at the Titusville facilities as well as FBM Program level duties.
In this positions you will:
- Create and update property records to ensure accurate records to ensuring compliance and the integrity of the Property Business System of Record database.
- Interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements, Contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management as applied to the 22 FAR Outcomes/Elements.
- Provide guidance, technical direction concerning property policies, customer and company regulations, directives, and site instructions that pertain to the management of the Property Management System.
- Support external DCMA Government, AS9100, and internal Lockheed Martin Mission Success Property Audits.
- Perform annual Utilization Reviews in conjunction with Program Property Custodians and leadership.
- Develop annual Physical Inventory, perform inventory, perform reconciliation, and report status.
- Build and maintain metrics for site and program.
- Run reports as described in the Property Management Manual.
- Perform job related duties in various databases such as SAP PBS, SAP ERP, ECE, PIEE, IMAP, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience inputting data into associated electronic databases.
- Experience running reports from electronic systems.
- Experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Fluent typing skills.
- Experience working with different organizations to accomplish job duties.
Desired Skills:
- FBM Program experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, using macros, etc.)
- Ability to manage SharePoint.
- Ability to build quality presentation.
- Ability to build metrics from reports and other activities.
- Ability to perform research, analysis, data mining to provide reconciliation.
- Ability to think critically to make property management related decisions.
- Property Management experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
