D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator-PM. The right candidate will support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies to drive leads and occupancy for Build-To-Rent and Multifamily communities managed by D.R. Horton Property Management. This role involves assisting with digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and other defined marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist the marketing team in implementation of comprehensive marketing strategiesCreate marketing listings, launch website(s), load photos, update copy and specialsPerform audits of each community's online presence Conduct market research to gather information on market trends and competitor activitiesHelp manage and update property listings on company websites and third-party platformsAssist in creating and scheduling social media posts and campaignsSupport SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online presenceProvide basic analysis and insights on marketing activities and performanceAssist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and maintaining recordsWork closely with vendor partners to launch and maintain marketing activities across platformsSupport and maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channelsMonitor costs and budgetsAnalyze and monitor market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the performance of our Build-To-Rent and Multifamily communitiesSupport various community needs as requested through the Marketing Support TicketProvide administrative support to the marketing team as neededConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnight

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of 2 years’ experience sufficient to coordinate and support company-wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programsMust have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced, and growing environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence othersPossess strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Real Estate, or related field is preferredExperience scaling quickly within a hyper-growth start-up is a plusMulti-geographic experience preferredExperience in Property Management is a plus
