DHI Communities is currently looking for a Regional Service Manager-PM. The right candidate will maintain our Build-To-Rent communities and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction within a region. Ensure the effective planning/oversight of community maintenance, scheduling and preventative maintenance, along with support, training, and guidance for Service Managers, Service Techs and any required Operations Team support. Provide oversight of all customer warranty requests, whether by making the actual repairs or scheduling subcontractors
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure all company maintenance policies and procedures are implemented and enforced within the region Manage community level maintenance teams, develop staff goals and monitor team progress Develop and manage a preventive maintenance plan and schedule for each community Implement and manage community safety program Consistently conduct quarterly community evaluations or as requested by operations leadership team members Provide cost reduction recommendations, monitor and manage budget maintenance, turnover and preventative maintenance program expenditures and requirements within region In partnership with operations leadership team members, provide on-going direction, guidance and training to on-site service associates Recruit and interview on-site service associates Provide ongoing asset performance feedback to operations leadership team and asset management Collaborate with operations leadership team members to develop policy, processes and programs to improve service operations Evaluate, manage, and contract regional service contractors to gain economies of scale and ensure contractors are meeting the requirements of their contracts Keep informed of, and provide plans for, the assets to accommodate changes in local, state and federal code requirements as it relates to maintenance operations Coordinate technical training such as HVAC, EPA, CPO and appliance repair Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Effectively communicate with various support teams to ensure quality documentation, reporting and community performance Participate/support as needed in special projects planning Ability to travel overnightSupervisory Responsibilities

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
