Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Multi-Family Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist renters, tenants, and property managers by providing resources and referrals to meet their rental needs. You may also assist homebuyers and homeowners with requests related to purchasing and owning a home.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist renters, tenants, and property managers with resources and referrals.
+ Help homebuyers and homeowners with requests related to purchasing and owning a home.
+ Take calls from individuals facing eviction or homelessness and provide necessary resources.
+ Field phone calls regarding multifamily rental requests, including tenant complaints.
+ Provide information and resources to deliver customer service excellence.
+ Use a knowledge base to answer customer requests.
+ Document customer phone communications in an internal database.
+ Monday - Friday; Shift Will be between 8am - 8pm
Must-Have Qualifications:
+ Ability to work until 8:00 PM starting out.
+ 2 years of property management experience.
+ 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience (e.g., receptionist, admin).
+ High School Diploma or GED.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.61 - $23.32/hr.
