The Property Management Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the look, feel, and function of WellMed and Optum FL properties. Directly supervises Facilities Management staff to include FM Coordinators in select markets. Ensures documentation and provides reporting from computer-based maintenance management system (CMMS) such as ServiceNow.
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of staff. Monitors hours actually worked, approves time sheets/requests for time off, and maintains necessary records Monitor and manage staff work assignments in ServiceNow Maintain communications with Property Managers and Landlords to ensure their responsibilities are fulfilled and issues are resolved Coordinate assigned activities such as facility/staff relocations, site decommissions, surrender of sites to Owner at lease end, and small maintenance projects Facilitate completion of regular property inspections Ensure regular communications to customer on status of work Manage assigned vendors. Act as Property Manager for subleases and facilitate resolution of subtenant issues Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner Relies on experience and judgment to plan work, accomplish goals, and make decisions. Requests assistance from management when needed Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Facility Management or Property Management 2+ years of experience in supervision of staff Intermediate skill level for Microsoft Office applications Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery Demonstrated ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving Proven ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle Ability to travel to remote sites as neededPreferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
