Property Manager Salary Rate: $45,000Location: Bainbridge, GA As a Property Manager / Leasing Agent at our Manufactured Home Community in Bainbridge, GA, you will oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for residents and a well-maintained property. You will manage leasing activities, maintain financial records, and uphold company policies while fostering positive resident relations. What Matters Most:Competitive salary based on experience $45,000Opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic communityFull-time role with weekend availability for open houses, staffing needs, and resident emergenciesBe part of a supportive and inclusive work environmentPaid time off and other benefits What you Need:Must have two years Property Management ExperienceMust have valid Driver’s License Must have High School diploma or GEDMust successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysResponsibilities:As a Property Manager / Leasing Agent, you will oversee financial management by maintaining and reporting monthly variances, ensuring timely rent collection, and handling evictions and utility cut-offs. You'll communicate with vendors and contractors, manage scheduling, billing, and invoice submissions.Administrative tasks include ensuring lease files are complete, managing office operations, and attending corporate meetings while maintaining detailed management records. In resident relations, you'll provide exceptional customer service, conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and handle service requests.For maintenance, you'll inspect the community and vacant homes regularly, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and coordinate timely home turnarounds.
