Property Manager
Description We are in search of a Property Manager to become a part of our team in Sausalito, California. This role involves managing the daily operations of our commercial properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial activities. You will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to the property, ensuring a satisfying experience for both tenants and owners. Responsibilities: • Oversee the operations, administration, and improvement of commercial properties. • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and reviewing income and expenses. • Ensure timely rent collection and manage tenant relations. • Expand business opportunities by sourcing and building relationships with prospective clients. • Negotiate lease agreements with potential tenants and handle renewals with existing ones. • Regularly monitor and report on the physical condition of the properties. • Organize and manage property maintenance and repairs as needed. • Stay informed of current market conditions and trends. • Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations. • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to maintenance standards. • Promptly resolve any issues or concerns raised by landlords and tenants. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a related role. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services is required. • Experience with CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne will be considered as an advantage. • Familiarity with Management System is essential. • Knowledge of Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Experience in handling Billing Functions is required. • Understanding of Budget Processes is crucial. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and within a team. • Valid real estate agent/broker license.
