Property Manager up to $85K plus bonus - Career Opportunity!!

Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their thriving team! This position will work with a team to manage multiple commercial properties in the Greater Boston area. In this dynamic role you will be working closely with the operations team on tenant relations, maintenance, security, forecasting, budgeting, tracking variances, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting. The Property Manager is also responsible for the management and supervision of on-site staff. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for the industry and must have 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, a bachelor's degree and experience working in multiple sites.
