Temp-to-Hire position$14.00 to $19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Maintain optimum occupancy and operating incomeProduce excellent customer serviceOversee ongoing marketing functionsGenerate and track various reports (rent rolls, occupancy, collections, resident files, etc.)Property Manager Qualifications:
At least 3 years apartment management/low-income housing experienceProperty manager candidates should have a basic understanding of fair housingComputer literate in Microsoft Word and ExcelPrior use of OneSite is a plusValid Driver's License is requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
