Title: Property Manager
\n\nWe've been certified \"Great Place to Work\" several years in a role.
\n\n\nThe Dartmouth Group, an Associa Company, is looking for an experienced property manager with high energy to manage a high-end condominium community located in Quincy.
\n\nIf you’re a property manager or facilities director who has excellent administrative, communication and managerial skills, but also like to work with your hands and enjoy a hybrid type of position, this position is for you!
\n\nThe Property Manager is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals, managing vendors, maintaining positive resident relations and interactions with board members at all times.
\n\nThe manager will provide prompt responses to board and resident requests.
\n\nFollow through and completion of tasks at hand is a must.
\n\nThe position also oversees outside contractors and operations as well as administrative tasks including electronic work order review and updating, client/resident engagement via phone and email among others.
\n\nThe position also requires the candidate to complete some basic hands-on maintenance tasks.
\n\nThe successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational and customer-service skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in Property management with Condominiums or non-profit Board/related experience required.
\n\nStrong computer skills, including MS Office, required. CAI/IREM, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credentials preferred.
\n\nMust be able to pass a drug test.
\n\nSchedule:
\n\nMonday through Friday\nRotational on-call responsibilities\nWork Location: In person\n\nAdditional responsibilities include:
\n\n· Responding to residents’ maintenance requests in a timely manner.
\n· Planning and prioritizing, both daily and seasonal maintenance tasks including swimming pool maintenance
\n· Oversight and scheduling of vendor repairs, spring cleanup, window washing, landscaping, snow plowing, etc.
\n· Building good relationships with residents, Board members, and co-workers.
\n· Ensuring that safety standards and safe work practices are followed.
\n· Preparing and Participating in monthly Board meetings and occasional project-related meetings.
\n· Budget preparation and presentation of financial reports to Board and Unit Owners.
\n Requirements\nJob Requirements:
\n· Education – High School or equivalent plus applicable vocational or technical training
\n· Ability to obtain a Certified Pool Operator certification (Education/Training provided)
\n· 2+ year of Property Management experience - Condominium industry experience is a plus
\n· Strong customer service skills
\n· Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n· Independent problem solving and self-motivation are critical.
\n· Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook
\n· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required
\n· Ability to pass a drug test.
\n\n· Some overtime required (on-call, weekends, 24hr emergency, etc.)
