Responsibilities: • Manage property operations, ensuring the smooth running of various sites. • Oversee rental agreements, ensuring they are properly administered and adhered to. • Coordinate lease negotiations and finalize lease agreements. • Supervise contractors and ensure timely resolution of property issues. • Use accounting software systems for financial management and reporting. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Conduct property audits to assess condition and value. • Utilize AppFolio for streamlined property management tasks. • Ensure compliance with accrual accounting standards in all financial transactions.
