Property Manager
Description Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We’re hiring a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and personal properties. This is your chance to make an impact while working closely with ownership and senior leadership in a dynamic and rewarding role. About the Role As the Property Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and drive the financial success of our properties. This role combines hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities + Manage property operations, including maintenance, vendor relationships, and improvement projects. + Provide high-level oversight of residential property management and team performance. + Develop budgets, negotiate leases, and manage financial plans to ensure profitability. + Conduct onsite assessments and represent ownership in legal proceedings. + Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies and collaborate on special projects. Salary Range: $68,000 - $70,000 DOE Benefits Offered: - Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vison all available after 30 days of employment. - Other Insurance: Life, AD& D, and Disability - Retirement Plan: 401k with 3% company match after 90 days - PTO: 2 weeks of PTO to start Requirements • Proven experience in Property Management is essential • Proficient use of 3M products and tools, particularly within a property management context • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services, with a focus on property management applications • Strong CRM skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ideally within a property management setting • Knowledge of ERP Solutions and their application in property management • Proficiency with About Time, particularly in terms of managing property schedules and deadlines • Experience in managing budget processes within a property management setting • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in property management • High-quality customer service skills, with a focus on meeting the needs of property clients and tenants.
