Job Description

Join a dynamic and fun team, managing a portfolio of operating convenience store sites within multiple Business Units. Responsible for landlord communications, tenant relations, coordination with various teams, site assessments, network planning, and related property management items.

Location options: Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa, Columbus, Jacksonville, Akron, Pensacola.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implements tactical actions identified in comprehensive network plans for locations across multiple regions, while providing insight for ongoing structure of network plan.Negotiates and structures transactions suitable to company’s financial goals and strategies.Researches, analyzes and presents comprehensive presentation packages for each site to senior level management for review and approval.  Conducts further research and analysis as required.Reports the status of all asset management projects for construction, facilities, marketing and store operations.Must have working market knowledge of competition strategy and locations.Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies, procedures and governmental regulations, advising management on needed actions.Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; or participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related area preferred. Other combinations of experience and education may be substituted.Two years of experience in Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, Finance, Business, or Retail Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/C-Store industries.Proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle required. Experience with demographic mapping software highly desirable.Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a busy environment with multiple changing priorities and deadlines. Must be willing to adapt to the changing responsibilities of the position.
