We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage applicants and conduct viewing tours for prospective tenants
Secure offers on apartments and handle the re-letting process for vacant units
Organise and oversee repair works
Address general tenancy-related queries
Serve as the first point of contact for resident queries, including maintenance issues
Inspect vacant properties to ensure they meet quality standards
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the building
Maintain high standards of service throughout the property
What This Job Involves:
Being based on-site to build personal rapport with residents
Occasional weekend work as needed
Handling applicant enquiries and arranging property tours
Conducting tours and negotiating offers for available properties
Running regular resident engagement events
Ideal Candidate:
Confident in liaising with clients via phone, email, and letter
Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility
Excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good financial acumen
Ability to manage stakeholders confidently
Excellent organizational and IT skills (training on property management software will be provided)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings for events and occasional tours
Previous experience in property management and letting is desirable
Experience in a customer-focused environment
Enthusiasm and a desire to further their career in property management
